Bull town Swamp

Bull Town Swamp Townsend,GAAvailable print sizes:9x1812x2416x3220x40

Bull Town swamp was a unique place with lots of dead trees standing in the swamp. have got a few shots that I may make monochrome...still in light room with this idea?? maybe.

Bad Hair Day

HERE HE IS!!!!

This fellow was a good ways off when I saw him fluffing and carrying on, so much so until he almost fell off the limb into the pond. he was not enjoying the rain.
The rain had confined me to my vehicle so I sat up in the back seat with my camera and long telephoto lens on a tripod, let the window down, and waited for the shot. The look on his face says it all......REALLY?? LOL

Still a hot one!!

It was still hot and muggy at Harris neck wildlife refuge this morning.
At eight o clock it was almost 90 degrees... After having everything I own fog up, I managed to get some decent shots of a cattle egret feeding in the grass...dew still on the grass. check the website over the next few days, I should have some of the images up then.

Georgia Heat

Ahhh.. nothing like a muggy 86 degree morning sitting in a swamp with no breeze blowing to let you know....you are crazy or really dedicated to wildlife photography.
Wildlife does not shut down just because its hot outside so if your going to get the shots you are looking for, you are going to have to get out there and sweat.
Yep I guess a little crazy goes along with dedication LOL.
